A visit to our photography studio is always fun! Our aim is for you, your children (and pets!) to feel at ease in front of the lens as Frances works her magic.
Our boutique studio is based in Coorparoo on Brisbane’s southside. We’re just 10 minutes from the Brisbane City centre. There’s ample parking available and a safe area for you to access the studio with your little ones and pets too.

Where is your photography studio located?
Our photography studio is located at 137 Cavendish Road, Coorparoo. Just ten minutes from Brisbane City, not far from Coorparoo Square shopping precint.
How much are prints?
Prints start at an 8×10 inch size (roughly A4) at $185 for an individual print and range up to the high hundreds for the large wall prints. Prints work on a sliding scale, so the more you order, the more the individual print prices drop down.
We also have packages available with a variety of different options to suit you! Ask us about our children’s photography packages!
Do you have parking at your studio?
There is ample off-street parking available next to our photography studio via Bath St, Coorparoo.
What should my children wear for their photoshoot?
We recommend wearing clothing that makes them feel comfortable and confident! Most importantly, an outfit that you love and love seeing your kids wear always works best!
Matching tones and simple patterns tend to work best for group and sibling photos. Keep in mind loud prints, and bold logos can be distracting in images.
Clean and freshly pressed outfits always look best. Feel free to bring along an option to change as well.
Another great idea is to bring along your kids favourite costume or sports uniform. We are always more than happy to incorporate special outfits into their photoshoot too.
Don’t forget, you’re stuck on ideas or need some pointers… We’re here to help!
How far in advance do I need to book our kids photoshoot session?
The more notice the better, but we always have little openings here and there to schedule you in so don’t hesitate to call and ask.
What if my kids don’t behave or listen during our family photoshoot session?
Frances LOVES photographing kids! We prefer seeing your children’s individual personalities shine… even if they can get a bit on the cheeky side!
Kids love visiting our photography studio and are always so excited to explore our outdoor studio. It’s a lot of fun for us too seeing their excitement as they spot all of our different backdrops!
Can our family photos be taken inside or outside?
We have both an indoor and outdoor studio and can use both for the photography session (weather permitting).
Will you use my children’s photos for advertising?
We will not use your photography for advertising unless we have your prior consent.
My child is very shy. I’m not sure how they will go in front of the camera?
We’ll make sure they feel comfortable and confident and help guide them throughout the photo shoot to ensure they’re being photographed in their best light. Each child is unique and the photos will enhance their personality. You might even find your children surprise you on the day of their photoshoot!
How do I know I’ll love the images from my children’s photoshoot?
Frances Suter is one of Brisbane’s most experienced and awarded Master Photographers. With over 20 years of experience photographing families, newborns, weddings, pets and more both internationally and right here in Brisbane.
We guarantee you’ll LOVE your images!
Can we bring our pet/s to the photoshoot too?
Yes! We’d love to hear more about your pet/s and discuss how they can be included in your children’s photoshoot.
Would images from our family photoshoot be shown on your website/social media or in the studio?
The images are only seen by yourself and us at the studio. We absolutely respect the privacy of our clients. We don’t use any images on our website, social media or in the studio unless we have your permission in the form of a signed model.
What is the turnaround time for my children’s photos?
We will invite you back to view your beautiful photos within two weeks of your children’s photography session. Depending on your order, processing and printing of your photography will take 4-6 weeks.
